TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION

INTRODUCTION
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
The competition is being run by: Bright Eyes (Pty) Ltd.

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
The competition is open to anyone to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or guardian to enter.
Safeways employees are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive the prize.
You may enter the competition as many times as you wish.
You need to answer all 20 questions in the quiz test correctly to be automatically entered into the draw. Your test results will be sent to you via email each time you enter.
You need to “like” our Facebook page to enter.

THE PRIZE
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
Safeways Publishing’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be randomly selected from the entrants who got full marks (20/20) for the quiz test.
The winner will be notified via whatsapp and email, as well as a phone call if there is no response and will have 7 days to respond and claim the prize.
Thereafter an alternative winner will be selected.

Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for administering the competition, contacting winners, and sending relevant updates. We respect your privacy and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
